Cut-to-size – Sorm can deliver pre-sized components right to your facilities, in tolerance and ready for further processing. In many cases this allows for optimization of multiple corporations, an increase in yield, the elimination of scrap shipped and ultimately a more competitive per part cost.

UV Finishing – Sorm has comprehensive automated Ultra-Violet (UV) finishing technology. A full spectrum of standard and custom mixed colors are available for application on PrimeBoard core in full sheets and/or cut-to-size components.

Melamine Pressing – The high volume melamine pressing capabilities at Sorm have made PrimeBoard Melamine Panels highly desirable for companies with a need to maintain or become competitive with environmentally friendly emission-free core materials.

HPL Pressing – From full sheet high pressure laminating to cut-to-size laminating services PrimeBoard HPL Panels provides manufacturers with another option to become more competitive using and environmentally friendly emission free core material.

Veneer Pressing – Applying a solid wood veneer to an environmentally friendly emission free core material, PrimeBoard Veneer Panels will give your design engineers a whole new pallet of options for developing “green” products. Veneered panels are available in full size sheets and/or cut-to-size components.
